I managed another session today, 3rd day in a row, but I wasn't expecting any wind today. However, as I drove through Aber I caught a glimpse of the sea and it looked as though there were some white caps. I then phoned Anna, who can see the sea close up from her office window to confirm the presence of wind, made a couple of other phone calls to cancel some jobs, stuffed my face with two burgers and 2 portions of fries for £2.22 from Burger King and headed off to the beach.

I went out with my 6.3m and big (99ltr) board, which was just enough to get me planing the whole time. Maybe I should have skipped the burger king and I would have got going better. I then had a pleasant little sail in sunny conditions, just cruising back and forth with the occasional chop hop.
